UAE National – Patient Relations Executive – Part-Time (20 or 30 hours per week) – Al Futtaim Group

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end operational support to patients, including insurance, appointments, invoicing, and general customer service.
  • Ensure accurate flow of medical information and patient data between physicians, patients, and third-party payers using medical coding protocols.
  • Act as a liaison for insurance claims, billing, and payment parties.
  • Organize and manage patient records and clinic paperwork.
  • Deliver high-level customer service, guiding patients and supporting clinic operations.
  • Handle cash, credit, and insurance payments, reconcile transactions, and maintain financial records.
  • Support a safe and welcoming clinic environment, participating in safety and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient care at all times
