Oversee visa processing, renewals, and government relationsManage employee data for 1,000+ staff, ensuring accuracy and complianceLead a team of two and report directly to the SVP of HR Operations & People ExperienceEnsure compliance with Abu Dhabi pension regulations and labor lawsCollaborate with external authorities and internal stakeholders to streamline processesMaintain and optimise HR documentation, insurance records, and attendance systemsPrepare and present HR reports and dashboards for senior management

Profile
UAE National with Family Book8+ years in HR administration, preferably in large private sector organisations Deep understanding of visa processes, labor law, Abu Dhabi pension, and employee experience frameworksMinimum Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s or certification preferred)Strong communication, leadership, and data management capabilities
