Profile
UAE National with Family BookBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)10+ years of experience in Emiratisation, strategic HR, or talent development rolesProven track record of leading national workforce initiatives in large or multinational organisationsStrong stakeholder management and leadership capabilitiesDeep understanding of UAE labor laws and Emiratisation frameworks
