Description
Define and execute business development strategies to drive growth in new segments and verticalsIdentify and qualify new enterprise opportunities through market research and client engagementDevelop business plans, models, and proposals aligned with strategic objectivesCollaborate with internal teams to implement cross-functional growth initiativesLead client engagement, proposal development, and post-sales supportParticipate in RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes for enterprise clientsMonitor revenue generation and ensure timely execution of business development activities
Profile
UAE National with Family BookBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Master’s/MBA preferred)3-7 years of experience in business development, ideally within consulting or strategic rolesStrong understanding of enterprise client needs and public sector dynamicsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
