Support the implementation of talent review and succession planning processesManage individual development plans (IDPs) and track progressConduct data analysis and reporting using Excel (pivot tables, data validation, etc.)Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on psychometric assessments and development toolsPrepare reports and presentations for senior leadershipEnsure compliance with internal policies and contribute to continuous process improvement
Profile
UAE National with Family BookMinimum 6 years in talent management, succession planning, or career developmentStrong proficiency in Excel and data visualisation; familiarity with psychometric tools and assessment centersBachelor’s degree in HR or related field; professional HR certification preferredExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilitiesDetail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
