Job Description:
- Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages accurately and efficiently using travel booking platforms/software
- Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents accurately.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability, and provide management with booking trends and client feedback.
