Technical Manager – Tornado Group

• Lead and oversee all site technical activities to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage engineering, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities as per project requirements.
• Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Clients, Subcontractors, and Site Engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE standards, client requirements, and company quality procedures.
• Monitor construction progress against schedules and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support for complex site issues.
• Manage resource planning, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and technical reviews to ensure work quality and adherence to approved designs.
• Evaluate design changes, technical queries, RFIs, and variation orders.
• Support procurement teams in the technical evaluation of materials, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, technical updates, and risk assessments to management and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop site engineers, supervisors, and technical staff.
• Ensure successful project handover, close-out documentation, and client satisfaction.
