Job Title: Swiss & International Tax Expert

They are looking for a Swiss & International Tax Expert that would be responsible for delivering strategic tax solutions and ensuring full compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience in Swiss and international tax.Should have connections within advisory firms and law firmExcellent communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of global tax strategies, policies, and compliance frameworks.Advise on the tax implications of business decisions, restructurings, M&A transactions, and cross-border operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.Coordinate and oversee domestic and international tax compliance, audits, and tax risk management processes.Provide high-level company secretarial and directorship services, promoting strong corporate governance and operational efficiency.Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and delivering tailored guidance to address evolving business needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
10-15 years of relevant professional experience in Swiss and international tax, ideally gained within a leading advisory firm, law firm, or multinational environment.Strong expertise in cross-border tax planning and international structuring.Solid knowledge of Swiss corporate tax law and international tax frameworks (including OECD standards).Experience in advising on M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.Proven ability to manage client relationships and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Professional qualification in law, accounting, or tax (e.g., Swiss Tax Expert, Attorney-at-Law, CPA or equivalent) preferred.
