Structure Technician Coordinator – CITIC Construction

Job Responsibilities

a. Supervise the Technical drawings to ensure high-quality deliverables.

b. Review and approve all drawings (architectural, structural, civil, or MEP depending on discipline) before submission.

c. Coordinate with design engineers to clarify technical details and ensure drawings reflect the latest design intent.

d. Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements.

e. Manage the preparation of detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.

f. Ensure consistency in drafting practices, templates, layers, formats, and file naming systems.

g. Resolve technical discrepancies between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

h. Verify accuracy of dimensions, levels, and material specifications in all drawings.

i. Ensure drawing revisions are properly tracked and documented.
