Storekeeper – Al Mansoor Enterprises

The Storekeeper plays a crucial role in managing the inventory and supplies of a retail or warehouse environment. The Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory, facilitating the ordering process, and ensuring that all items are stored in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management.
2. Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring they meet quality standards.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
4. Organize and store items in designated locations, optimizing space and accessibility.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely ordering and replenishment of stock.
6. Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
7. Implement safety and security measures to protect inventory from damage or theft.
8. Assist in training new staff on inventory management procedures and safety protocols.
9. Resolve discrepancies in inventory records and report any issues to management.
10. Maintain a clean and organized storage area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
