Store Keeper – SHADES ENGINEERING CONSULTANT – L.L.C – O.P.C

As a Store Keeper in a factory, you will directly report to Finance Manager, your responsibility will be as per below job description, but not limited to:

 

  • Required Interior Fit-out, Joinery company work experience.
  • Arrange the materials and handover to teams who are deployed to sites.
  • Record the store material receipt and consumption on a daily basis.
  • Send materials to site and collect excess materials from site and maintain record.
  • Get materials requirements in details from site and workshop on daily basis.
  • Checking the stock as per records (LPO, DELIVERY & STOCK REPORTS).
  • Work closely with procurement officer and supervisors.
  • Receiving materials, storing, recording of receipts, assisting the team to prepare quality receipts reports of the received materials
  • Issue materials as per the indent for different work and sites.
  • General supervision on wastage of material, improper use of material etc.
  • Recollecting and balance / unused materials at the end of the working days.
  • Prepare for weekly / monthly consumption reports.
  • Prepare a list of excess materials for every project, workshop and site.
  • Update the stocks periodically.
  • Inform the procurement officer of the status of balance materials in order to raise further indent.
  • Follow up with material suppliers, with prior consent from purchase department, to ensure timely supply.
  • Maintain records of tools, machinery etc., on site and workshop.
  • Inform the concerned supervisor and procurement officer of the working condition of the machinery.
