Steel Fabrication & Workshop Manager

• Advise on workshop layout, machinery selection, installation, and commissioning.
• Plan and supervise CNC laser cutting, press-brake bending, welding, grinding, and industrial painting.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, BOMs, cutting lists, and fabrication methods.
• Prepare production schedules and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Estimate material, manpower, production time, and fabrication costs.
• Recruit, train, and manage workshop supervisors, operators, and welders.
• Coordinate purchasing, maintenance, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Implement QA/QC, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety procedures.
• Report production performance, costs, and operational requirements directly to the owner.
