Sr. Planning Engineer – Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare baseline programmes in compliance with contract conditions and project scope.
Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).
Establish logic-linked schedules using CPM (Critical Path Method).
Define milestones, key interfaces, and resource allocations.
Prepare periodic progress reports (weekly/monthly dashboards).
Generate S-curves (planned vs. actual).
Develop manpower histograms and resource reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in project planning (construction/engineering environment).
Proficiency in planning software Primavera P6 and MS Project
Experience in Hotel, high-rise, or large-scale building projects (preferred).
