Job Description:
Manage customer and stakeholder engagement, on-site briefings, content refreshes and maintenance
Collaborate with sales and other stakeholders to ensure the visitor experience supports business growth and enhances the customer relationship
Support with broader day-to-day requirements of department to ensure an optimized visitor experience.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, including localization initiatives and activities
