Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can own our storytelling across channels, elevate our brand voice, and drive measurable business outcomes through content. This role blends brand strategy, lifecycle marketing, and hands-on production management—you’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring content doesn’t just look good, but converts, retains, and inspires.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain brand positioning, tone, and voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Translate brand strategy into storytelling frameworks that resonate with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align content with overall business objectives.

Lifecycle & CRM Marketing

  • Design and execute content for every stage of the customer journey: onboarding, activation, upsell, renewal, and win-back campaigns.
  • Work closely with data and performance teams to leverage segmentation and personalization for tailored messaging.
  • Conduct churn analysis to design content interventions that improve retention.

Content Creation, Production & Management

  • Take ownership of content production: from brief to delivery—ensuring deadlines, quality, and consistency.
  • Coordinate with internal production teams (designers, videographers, editors, photographers) and external freelancers/agencies.
  • End-to-end management of content calendar & editorial planning: blogs, newsletters, website, social media, campaigns.
  • Craft and edit scripts, articles, video content, social copy, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage user-generated content campaigns and nurture brand advocacy through referral programs.
  • Drive organic marketing strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and SEO ranking.

Partnerships & Influencers

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations (both short-term activations and long-term partnerships).
  • Build and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to expand reach and authority.
  • Track ROI and effectiveness of influencer/partnership campaigns.

Social Media & Community

  • Oversee social media strategy and operations: posting, scheduling, engagement, and growth.
  • Implement and manage advocacy programs, including referrals and community challenges.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify relevant conversations and opportunities to engage.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs across content performance: engagement, conversions, retention, and ROI.
  • Use insights to optimize editorial and production strategy and experiment with new formats.
  • Produce regular reports to leadership highlighting progress, learnings, and next steps.
