Site Trainer – Learning and Development – UAE Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Trainer to join our Learning and Development team in UAE Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting on site trainings in Ruwais, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce through effective training programs tailored to the unique needs of our site operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary competencies to excel in their roles, thereby contributing to the overall success of our organization. The Site Trainer will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver engaging training sessions that foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with management to identify skill gaps.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to facilitate effective learning.
- Conduct on-site training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date with industry standards.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to support their professional growth and development.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training methodologies.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement from all employees.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with employees.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Passion for continuous learning and development, with a commitment to fostering a culture of growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to the company culture.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
