Our client is a Global EPC company in the Oil and Gas sector with current operations in the Middle East.
We are looking for a Site Manager for a Pipeline project.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise on-site.
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any potential issues promptly.
- Manage and lead the site team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local laws and regulations.
- Implement best practices for site management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process efficiently.
