Job Description:
- Supervise daily operations on the paint production or site floor, ensuring targets, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and laborers, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Monitor equipment, report maintenance needs, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues to reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records, prepare reports for management, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
