Service Manager – Multi Brand | Al-Futtaim Automotive | Auto Centers – Al Futtaim Group

Overview Of The Role:

The Service Manager is responsible for driving the operational, commercial, and financial performance of the Al-Futtaim Auto Centers network across the UAE. This role leads operational excellence, team development, and business growth initiatives while ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences. Working closely with service center teams, the Service Manager will enhance productivity, strengthen operational standards, identify growth opportunities, and support the continued expansion of the business.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets across all service centers in line with budget and forecast commitments.
• Drive operational excellence by auditing service processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions to maximize productivity and capacity utilization.
• Oversee WIP management and reduce aging cases to improve cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Ensure consistent execution of operating standards, quality requirements, and customer service expectations across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, quality standards, and company policies across all locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop service center teams through structured training, performance management, and capability-building initiatives.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, support leadership teams, and ensure operational discipline and adherence to company values.
• Identify and execute local retail business development opportunities to drive customer acquisition, retention, and market share growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, digital adoption, and process enhancements to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Support expansion initiatives including new site setup, ramp-up, and operational stabilization.
