Overview of the Role
Join our Aftersales team as a Service Advisor, where you’ll be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You’ll ensure every customer receives a warm welcome, clear communication, and a seamless service experience across our service locations in the UAE.
What You Will Do
• Greet customers promptly and professionally, recording their service needs accurately
• Provide detailed job explanations and cost estimates, preparing job cards and following up on workshop progress
• Obtain approvals for additional repairs, communicate any delays, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
• Clearly explain invoices and completed work to customers, guiding them through the process
• Promote value-added services and strive to achieve individual service and sales revenue targets
• Resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive ownership experience and high customer satisfaction scores
• Follow up on payments from credit customers and ensure timely billing and collections
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction
