Senior Training Officer – Alert International

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and delivering the respective training programs in alignment with the organization’s HR and business strategy.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs aligned with business and people development needs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and continuously improve existing programs.
  • Deliver onboarding and orientation training for new hires.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and impact.
  • Coach and mentor employees and provide structured performance feedback.
  • Partner with department heads and line managers to monitor post-training performance.
  • Support the creation and execution of the annual training calendar.
  • Coordinate training activities with external suppliers and third-party providers.
  • Assist with budgeting, reporting, and documentation related to training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, QHSE standards, and risk management. protocols
  • The role may involve limited travel within the GCC from time to time.
