We are expanding our portfolio into two critical infrastructure pillars: Modular AI Data Centers and Industrial PV-Integrated Greenhouses. We are looking for a visionary Architect capable of delivering high-end structural outcomes as part of an extraordinary team of specialists. You will be responsible for the physical "Skin and Skeleton" of our global fleet, ensuring every unit is built for performance, scalability, and absolute safety.

What You’d Be Doing

[ Modular AI Data Center Design: Engineering 20ft and 40ft high-cube container layouts optimized for high-density rack loads, internal clearances, and rapid global deployment.

[ PV-Integrated Greenhouse Architecture: Designing industrial greenhouse structures capable of supporting heavy-duty solar arrays without compromising structural integrity or interior space.

[ Safety-First BIM Modeling: Taking full ownership of 2D/3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) to integrate fire-rated materials, emergency egress paths, and structural fire-rating strategies directly into the blueprints.

[ Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all physical designs meet the International Building Code (IBC) and specific Civil Defense requirements in the GCC, EU, and South America.

[ Manufacturing Documentation: Producing precise "Shop Drawings" for global fabrication partners, including integrated safety labeling and hazard zone demarcations.
