Senior Executive & Team Leader - TASC Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:

Initially visit and engage Dubai Mall brands for onboarding.
Collect legal entity documentation and complete go-live formalities.
Support partners with cataloguing, inventory inbounding (FBN), payment and fee setup.
Hand-hold partners to drive initial GMV.
Provide ongoing seller support including handling queries, complaints, and operational requests.
Role is primarily onboarding and support focused (not a pure business development role).
Fixed salary model (range to be confirmed).
Long-term engagement.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Good presentation abilities.
3–4 years of experience (home country experience acceptable) with an e-commerce background.
Preferably up to 35 years of age.
Open to both male and female candidates.
