Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing (UAE NATIONAL)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Purpose
Responsible for localization and implementation of digital enablers (e.g., online sales, CRM, product/price data) together with the central CoC, across all markets in the Middle East region.
Responsibilities
- Implement, track, optimize, and contribute to developing the end-to-end digital marketing ecosystem in the Middle East region.
- Plan and execute all always-on digital topics for the brand covering web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and video advertising.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities and assess vs. targets (ROI and KPIs).
- Coordinate the implementation of the brand websites for the Middle East region.
- Design, build, and maintain the social media presence of the brand and ensure importer social/digital presence aligns with brand guidelines and CI.
- Identify trends and insights; optimize spend and performance based on insights; provide weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports.
- Serve as the go-to person for markets and internal teams on digital topics; manage digital agencies.
- Support and collaborate across marketing and product teams for product launches and campaigns.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints to support the optimal customer journey.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Support after-sales marketing, as required.
- Support CRM activities relating to online functionalities and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline.
- 6–8 years’ experience in Marketing with a focus on Digital Communications, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Up to date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Understanding of luxury brands and demonstrable understanding of digital marketing and new media, ideally in automotive.
- Ability to steer external partners across all hierarchies. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of relevant IT systems and applications; strong analytical skills.
- Project management and project team experience is a plus.
- Self-starter, driven by creativity, open to new ideas and challenges.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work as part of an extended team.
