Senior Chef de Partie – Italian Cuisine & Catering – TERRAITALIA
Terraitalia is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Chef de Partie with expertise in Italian cuisine and a strong background in catering. You will be a vital part of our culinary team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes and catering services for private and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to Italian cuisine standards, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and refine menus for both the restaurant and catered events.
- Lead a section of the kitchen, managing junior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee and participate in food preparation for live cooking and catering events.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety standards, adhering to HACCP and local health regulations.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Adapt to guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction during dining and event experiences.
