This is a hands on applications ownership role focused across a private investments environment. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, working closely with stakeholders across investments, finance, and operations, while managing vendors and driving continuous system improvement.

Description
Own and manage the lifecycle of core investment platforms, including enhancements, integrations, and roadmap developmentPartner with stakeholders across Investments, Finance, Fund Operations, and Investor Relations to gather and translate business requirementsAct as the SME for investment applications, ensuring systems effectively support the investment lifecycleLead delivery of system changes and improvements, coordinating with vendors and internal teamsProvide hands-on support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring operational continuityManage external vendors, ensuring delivery against SLAs and overseeing change, release, and deployment processesDrive continuous improvement across applications, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual processesSupport the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of new applications where requiredEnsure systems meet governance, regulatory, and data control requirements
Profile
Strong experience managing or supporting enterprise applications within asset management, private equity, or investment environmentsSolid understanding of fund operations and fund accounting, including investment lifecycle processesExperience working with investment platforms such as eFront, Investran, SimCorp, or similarBackground combining application ownership, business analysis, and delivery/project executionHands on mindset, comfortable operating in lean teams and taking ownership across multiple areasStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with business users and senior stakeholdersExperience managing vendors and working in outsourced delivery environmentsTechnically competent with a good understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flowsComfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
