Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to support daily office operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage communication, assist with basic accounting, and support visa and government-related procedures. Knowledge of UAE office practices and regulations is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally
- Manage emails, correspondence, and office communication
- Perform basic accounting tasks (invoicing, expenses, petty cash, data entry)
- Assist with visa processing for employees (employment visas, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical tests, etc.)
- Coordinate with government departments such as MOHRE, Immigration, and free zone authorities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Support HR-related administrative tasks
- Handle office supplies and general office management
- Assist management with daily administrative duties
- Perform other tasks typically required in UAE office operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the UAE
- Familiarity with government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, Free Zone systems)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
