Purpose of the Job
As a Scrum Master, you will be a vital member of one or more use case teams, responsible for embedding Agile practices and creating an environment where the team can function effectively. Your role includes promoting self-organization, eliminating barriers to progress, and ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
- Guide and support use case teams in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Assist the Product Owner (PO) in articulating and communicating the product vision and scope.
- Ensure Agile principles and Scrum practices are properly understood and implemented.
- Shield teams from external distractions to ensure focus and productivity.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members in adopting Agile best practices.
- Simultaneously support one or more use case teams in their Agile delivery efforts.
