Sales Specialist – Fibo Gulf

About the Role:

We need a top-performing sales professional to expand our manufacturing franchise across UAE. You’ll sell complete production lines to investors and construction companies, combining strong sales skills with project management knowledge.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue high-value franchise opportunities through cold outreach, digital leads, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Present the financial and technical benefits of our franchise model to investors and business owners
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads (construction companies, industrial investors)
  • Conduct needs assessments, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts 
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities 
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems 
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts 
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams 

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales with proven success in lead generation and full-cycle sales 

Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing preferred; sales certifications (CPSP, HubSpot) a plus.
