Sales Product Specialist – Blue Circle Aesthetic

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Specialist who will be responsible for sales growth, building strong client relationships and promoting our range of high-quality Dermatology & Aesthetic Products to clinics, dermatologists, and other industry professionals. Another essential part of the responsibility will be a frequent visit to new and existing customers to take orders and build a trustful relationship. To stay competitive in the market, it will be imperative to provide detailed reports about competitor product offerings which are in direct competition to our portfolio.

The Product Specialist will also be working closely with internal teams, to effectively promote brand awareness within the assigned territory through workshops or events.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Create and identify demand for our Dermatology & Aesthetic product range
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients by scheduling frequent appointments.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key decision makers/doctors to ensure a continuation of sales.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product related inquiries including source of information related to product function and use.
  • Organize product workshops with our KOLs and Product Trainers to increase the product awareness and sales.
  • Submit a detailed weekly sales report on the sales activities, including competitor report in the respective sales area with a commercial solution on the competitors’ offerings.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Swiftly identify sales areas for improvement and recommend solutions to the management
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Medical related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical sales (Preferred is Aesthetic medicine), with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Possess strong business acumen to make commercially impactful decisions
  • Able to communicate in Arabic and English in a professional level is a must
