We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our property sales division. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, effective team leadership, and exceptional client relationship management within the competitive UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed project targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and train real estate brokers to ensure consistent team performance.
- Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to drive performance and profitability.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive networking and market analysis.
- Maintain and expand strong relationships with clients, investors, and key partners.
- Ensure seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle, from inquiry to closing.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, sales training, and team development initiatives.
- Provide market insights and sales forecasts to management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, RERA regulations, and legal standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
