Overview Of The Role:

The Commercial Vehicles Sales Manager will lead the sales operations for multiple commercial vehicle brands within FAMCO, driving market share growth, profitability, and overall sales performance across the UAE. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing and motivating the sales team, and building strong customer relationships within the commercial vehicles sector.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales leader with strong market knowledge of light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, combined with the ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

What You Will Do:

Sales Management

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability through strong focus on net sales and gross margins.
  • Drive market share growth for multiple commercial vehicle brands through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Assign and manage sales territories to ensure effective market coverage and customer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and economic indicators to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure overdue payments remain within agreed targets and maintain healthy financial performance.

Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations, including planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales consultants to build a high-performing commercial vehicles sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous feedback and development support.
  • Drive product knowledge and technical training initiatives for the sales team.

Customer & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fleet accounts, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and consultative selling.
  • Establish professional networks within the commercial vehicles industry to strengthen market presence and business opportunities.

Professional Development

  • Maintain strong commercial and technical knowledge by attending industry workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities within the commercial vehicles market.
