Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Plywood/ Particle Board manufacturing company. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and develop key client relationships.
– Promote advanced, eco-friendly engineered wood and sustainable building materials across construction, interiors, and related segments.
– Identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities within the UAE’s rapidly growing building market.
– Conduct consultative sales meetings, site visits, and technical presentations for architects, contractors, and developers.
– Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and seamlessly manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
– Build and maintain trusted client relationships for both new and repeat business.
– Track market developments, sustainability standards, and monitor competitor activity in the eco-construction sector.
– Represent the company at key trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
– Consistently achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.
