Sales Manager – Al Fares Holding Company

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the hardware and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth and develop strong customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the hardware and building materials sector.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  7. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

  10. Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products and services.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the hardware or building materials industry.
  2. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive sales improvement.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  5. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
  8. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
