Our Client:
A leading FMCG distributor in Oman is looking to hire a Salesman to expand their footprint across key retail and wholesale channels

Your Role:
You will be responsible for driving sales, visibility, and market share across your assigned territory. This role requires strong understanding of FMCG sales cycles, relationship management, and the ability to execute in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned territory and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Ensure timely order collection, invoicing, and payment follow‑ups.
- Execute merchandising standards and ensure product visibility at all outlets.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions, and report insights to the sales supervisor.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper coverage.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Provide weekly sales and route performance reports.
