Sales Leader – Wealth Management – Jigsaw HR Consultants
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Leader – Wealth Management to lead the growth of our Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory, with a proven track record of managing High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) client portfolios valued at USD 10 million and above.
This role requires a commercially driven leader who can acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, lead a high-performing sales team, and deliver tailored wealth management solutions while achieving ambitious business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Wealth Management division.
- Drive business development by acquiring new HNW and UHNW clients.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Wealth Relationship Managers and Advisors.
- Manage and grow high-value client portfolios by delivering tailored wealth management and investment solutions.
- Advise clients on investment planning, portfolio management, wealth preservation, retirement planning, insurance, and succession planning.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell the firm’s financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, family offices, and strategic partners.
- Monitor sales performance, Assets Under Management (AUM), revenue targets, and team KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and economic developments to provide strategic financial guidance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports, and performance updates for senior management.
