Sales Executive – Premium Furniture – Al Gurg Group

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience within the store. The role actively maximizes conversion, unit per transaction and average transaction value through expert product knowledge, consultative selling, and smart up-selling. 
Acting as a brand ambassador, the role builds lasting customer relationships, contributes to store performance, and supports team collaboration to achieve collective business goals.

Sales Generation:
Actively drive sales to achieve individual and store targets, including Store KPI’s: Conversion, UPT and ATV.
Engage customers through solution-based selling, promoting up-selling, cross-selling, and value-added services.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, collections, and customizations.
Proactively identify opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals.
 
Customer Experience & Relationship Management:
Deliver an exceptional premium customer experience in line with brand standards.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where required.
Ensure adherence to customer service protocols and SOPs, consistently exceeding expectations.
 
Operational Excellence:
Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and related documentation.
Ensure proper execution of visual merchandising, store layout, and product presentation standards.
Maintain stock accuracy, product availability, and inventory integrity in collaboration with back of house team.
Support promotional and marketing initiatives, ensuring correct pricing, signage, and offer presintation.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with peers, senior sales, and store management to achieve team goals.
Share knowledge, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a high-performance, customer focused team culture.
Provide regular feedback to management on customer insights, market trends, and sales opportunities.
Support omni-channel initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of online and physical store experiences.
 
Compliance & Brand Integrity:
Follow company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
Maintain integrity and accuracy in all sales, reporting, and customer interactions.
Act as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding the reputation and image of the store, brand and the company.
