Sales Executive (Fragrance) – Manpower Group Middle East
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including retailers, hotels, interior designers, and real estate developers.
- Present and demonstrate our range of fragrance and diffuser products, effectively communicating their unique selling points and benefits.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and agreements to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client information, and transactions using a CRM system.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including fragrances, materials, and technical specifications of diffusers.
- Be able to advise clients on the best fragrance solutions for their specific needs and spaces.
