Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to drive retail sales of building materials and construction chemical solutions across the UAE. The role focuses on expanding market presence, strengthening retailer relationships, and achieving consistent sales growth within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate comes from a manufacturing background and has strong experience selling building materials, construction chemicals, or hard tools in the retail segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive retail sales of building materials and construction chemical products within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hardware stores, building material retailers, and trade outlets
  • Execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Identify new retail partners and expand market penetration
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility, availability, and merchandising standards
  • Provide product knowledge and application guidance to retailers and end customers
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, and timely deliveries
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates for management

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–6 years of proven sales experience in building materials, construction chemicals, or hard tools
  • Mandatory experience working with a manufacturer (not distributors or contractors)
  • Strong understanding of the UAE retail market for construction-related products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE as per business requirements
