Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our esteemed business support services company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying, targeting, and onboarding restaurant and food outlet partners to our innovative food delivery network. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth through strategic outreach and relationship management. You will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to establish a strong presence in the market, ensuring that our services meet the diverse needs of our clients. This position is crucial for expanding our client base and enhancing our competitive edge in the food delivery sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify high-potential geographic clusters and localities with a dense concentration of restaurants and food outlets suitable for our delivery network.
  2. Develop targeted sales pitches to engage potential restaurant partners, effectively communicating the benefits of joining our food delivery platform.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  4. Negotiate terms and agreements with partners to facilitate onboarding and ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with potential partners and enhance our brand visibility in the market.
  6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities in the marketplace.
  7. Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote our services and connect with potential partners and clients.
  8. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to partners post-onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into our delivery network.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and innovations to enhance personal sales techniques and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, particularly within the food delivery or restaurant industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence restaurant partners.
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  4. Highly organized with excellent time management skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to track sales performance and prepare reports.
  7. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  8. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  9. Willingness to travel within the city to meet with potential partners and clients as needed.
  10. Passion for the food industry and a strong understanding of market dynamics in the food delivery sector.
