You will work with a proven leadership team (we built 20,000+ client accounting firms before) in a dynamic market (tax changes in UAE have created urgent demand).

About the Role

Join as one of the first SDRs building our top-of-funnel pipeline for the UAE market. This is primarily outbound with fast speed-to-lead on inbound. You’ll research, call, WhatsApp, email and DM, qualify quickly, and book meetings for our Business Development team.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume outbound across phone / WhatsApp Business / email / LinkedIn
  • Research and prioritize ICP lists (UAE SMEs, recent registrations, free-zone founders)
  • Qualify using BANT (need, timing ≤60 days, budget/fit, decision-maker)
  • Book qualified meetings and write crisp call notes in CRM
  • Handle common objections; disqualify fast when misaligned
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and sequence discipline; hit daily activity SLAs

What “Good” Looks Like

  • ~100 qualified meetings/month
  • 100–125+ new-lead touches/day

Requirements

  • Fluent English (B2-C1 level)andArabic or Hindi
  • Confident cold-caller
  • Coachable, process-driven; passionate about sales
  • Bonus: UAE SMB/accounting/fintech exposure
