We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the construction and building industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring that all sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, sales support, and customer service expertise, particularly in the context of heavy machinery and construction. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating with various departments, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. In this fast-paced environment, the Sales Coordinator will act as a liaison between sales representatives and clients, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of sales processes, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while leveraging their knowledge of SAP to enhance operational efficiency. 1. Responsibilities:Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. 2. Coordinate communication between the sales team and internal departments, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. 3. Manage and maintain the customer database, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate. 4. Track sales metrics and generate reports using SAP to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Support the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and presentations to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. 6. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. 8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant feedback to the sales team. 9. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars. 10. Preferred Candidate:Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the construction or heavy machinery industry. 11. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members. 13. Proficiency in SAP and CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 14. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 15. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks. 16.
