Sales Associate – Virtual Client Advisor – eliteUSA

This role is central to building trusted client relationships, managing orders end-to-end, and delivering exceptional service in line with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Assist clients virtually through Respond.io in a timely, professional, and service-driven manner.
  • Handle pricing requests, product knowledge inquiries, and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide shipping updates, order confirmations, and after-service follow-up.
  • Proactively engage in suggestive selling and outreach to drive sales.

Sales & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Stay current on fashion and luxury market trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Conduct follow-up on pending and closed orders to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Operational Coordination:

  • Communicate with vendors on pricing inquiries, order confirmations, and delivery updates.
  • Ensure all orders are systematically and operationally correct in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with logistics and sourcing to resolve any shipping or product issues.
  • Stay updated with internal communication, product updates, and brand standards.
