The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in generating store sales and delivering a positive customer experience. This involves actively engaging with customers, maintaining store presentation standards, and executing a variety of operational tasks as directed by the store management. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You Will Do:

General

Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling clean and organized environment.
Create a positive first impression for customers with an energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere, non-business-like greeting.
Provide customers with current and relevant information about the products.
Deliver quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers in a timely manner, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and attempt to add on to the sale.
Offer efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.
Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them to return.
