Sales And Business Development Manager – Safahaus Technical Services LLC
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing cleaning services company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in business development within the cleaning services, facilities management (FM), or related service industry in the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, securing commercial cleaning contracts, conducting site visits, preparing professional quotations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and secure commercial cleaning service contracts.
- Identify and approach potential clients across the UAE.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements.
- Prepare and submit professional quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property management companies, facilities management companies, real estate developers, hotels, schools, clinics, and other commercial organizations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
