Salary & OTE: Basic salary from 9,000 AED – 12,000 AED per month, with OTE of 19,000 AED – 33,300 AED per month based on target achievement.

We originally built our experience in the UK market, where we have worked within this sector for several years and developed a strong understanding of UK customers, sales processes, and operational delivery.

We have since expanded into Dubai to replicate and scale the same proven model, with a UAE-based team supporting secured UK contracts. We operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and are looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals who want to be part of a growing sales operation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, target-driven and commercially focused Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai, supporting a secured contract within the UK market. This is a high-volume sales and account management role dealing with UK customers over the phone. The successful candidate will manage qualified enquiries that have already been spoken to and passed over by our lead generation team. From that point, you will take ownership of the customer journey and manage the customer through the full process from initial handover through to completion.

The role requires someone with strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to speak with UK customers in a clear, professional and persuasive manner. You will need to build rapport quickly, understand the customer’s needs, explain suitable options clearly, and guide them through a structured sales process. This is a commercially focused sales role, suited to someone who enjoys working in a target-driven environment and is motivated by both performance and earnings. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting qualified UK customer enquiries into successful outcomes while maintaining a high standard of customer communication.

You will be managing a busy pipeline of customers at different stages, ensuring each customer is followed up correctly, kept engaged, and progressed efficiently. The role requires strong organisation, consistent follow-up, confident objection handling, and the ability to close opportunities professionally.

This role is best suited to someone who is confident, organised, persuasive, resilient, and capable of managing customers from start to finish in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage qualified UK customer enquiries passed over by the lead generation team

Take ownership of the customer journey from initial handover through to completion

Build rapport and trust with UK-based customers

Manage customers through a structured sales process

Progress customers efficiently towards a successful outcome

Maintain regular follow-up with customers to keep them engaged throughout the process

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance expectations

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

Deliver strong sales results while ensuring customers receive clear and helpful communication

Preferred Experience

Experience in financial services, debt solutions, insurance, real estate, recruitment, brokerage, or a similar sales environment

Experience using CRM systems, sales trackers, or customer management tools

Experience managing a high-volume customer pipeline

Previous experience dealing with UK customers but not essential

What We Offer

Competitive basic salary from 9,000 AED – 12,000 AED per month

Strong commission structure, with OTE of 16,000 AED – 33,300 AED per month based on target achievement

Working Pattern

Full-time, 6-day working week with one scheduled day off.

As this role supports the UK market, shifts are structured around UK customer contact hours and may vary throughout the year due to UK daylight saving changes and operational requirements.

The position is scheduled for 54 hours per week inclusive of paid breaks, equating to 48 working hours per week. Weekend availability will be required, with rotas confirmed in advance.
