Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Health, Safety,and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.

. Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, municipality regulations, and

authority requirements, Dubai Municipality, OSHA standards (where

applicable).

. Conduct and review risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method

statements.

. Ensure all high-risk activities lifting, working at height, confined space, are

properly controlled.

. Develop and conduct safety training programs, toolbox talks, and inductions.

• Ensure all employees and subcontractors are properly trained and certified.

• Lead and manage a team of safety officers and supervisors.

Develop and implement emergency response plans and evacuation

procedures.

. Ensure all employees and subcontractors are properly trained and certified.

Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare detailed reports and maintain records as per legal requirements.
