Rigger – Al Mansoor Enterprises

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Assembly & Operation:
• Assembling, maintaining, and operating rigging systems, including cables, pulleys, clamps, and hoists. 
• Load Inspection & Preparation:
• Inspecting loads to ensure they are stable and safe for movement, and using various hand and power tools to prepare them for rigging. 
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Regularly inspecting rigging equipment and structures to ensure they are in good working condition and performing preventative maintenance. 
• Load Movement:
• Maneuvering heavy equipment and loads using heavy machinery or by hand, often through tight spaces, while coordinating with operators. 
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhering to and ensuring compliance with all relevant state, federal, and company safety regulations and protocols for working at heights and with heavy equipment. 
• Team Communication:
• Communicating effectively with the rigging team, crane operators, and other departments to ensure smooth and safe operations. 
• Record Keeping:
• Following technical documentation to understand and implement rigging plans for projects. 
• Dismantling:
• Safely dismantling, cleaning, and storing rigging equipment after each use.
