Revenue Manager – Kinetic Business Solutions

A leading Financial Institution company is actively recruiting a Head of Revenue Operations for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 15+ members, including a dedicated B2B channel/partner sales team.
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies across company formation and residency/visa service offerings.
  • Drive growth across both B2C (direct clients) and B2B (partners, agents, and corporate channels).
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with agents, consultants, and referral networks to expand market reach.
  • Identify new revenue streams, markets, and customer segments, particularly for European residency solutions (Portugal & Spain).
  • Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
  • Optimize sales processes, pipelines, and conversion rates across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer experience.
