As a Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in driving commercial growth by acquiring and managing relationships across two core client segments:
Institutional Clients / Employers – including corporates, HR teams, and benefits decision-makers.SME Ecosystem Partners – such as small businesses, micro-SMEs, and entrepreneurs who engage with the platform’s financial and insurance product suite

Description
Acquire and manage a portfolio of employers and SMEs, acting as a key point of contact for onboarding, servicing, and upselling.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor benefit offerings, including payroll-linked insurance, financial wellness products, and more.Identify cross-sell opportunities across the firm’s ecosystem, including asset management and investment offerings.Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive adoption and engagement.Ensure exceptional service delivery and relationship continuity, with a strong focus on retention and satisfaction.

Profile
3-8 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, SME lending, insurance distribution, or employee benefits.A strong network across HR decision-makers, SMEs, or institutional stakeholders in the UAE.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving product sets.Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.UAE market knowledge is essential.
